The windy conditions are forecast to ease enough to allow buses back on a regular schedule Tuesday. However, riders should be prepared for delays or route changes as the weather forecast continues to be gloomy.

King tides could cause flooding in low-lying areas, especially US 101 in Raymond. High tide for Raymond on Tuesday morning is 10:26 a.m.
