This is just a warning that Pacific Transit may need to cancel the Blue Ilwaco to Astoria and the Green Raymond to Aberdeen routes for part of the day Thursday.

The worst of the wind appears to be between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., so those routes could be suspended during that time. A final decision will be made Thursday morning.

And with the wind comes more rain, threatening low-lying areas at high tide.
